Our loose-leaf teas are considered consumable goods, and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

• We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Sol Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
