Ashley's Approach
Ashley is a Boise-based Reiki Master, yoga teacher, and founder of Treasure Valley Reiki powered by Sol Studio llc. After more than a decade building and leading successful businesses in the beauty and wellness industry, Ashley felt called to create spaces where high-performing women could slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect to themselves.
Her approach to Reiki is calm, practical, and rooted in nervous system support. Sessions are fully clothed and designed to help clients shift out of fight-or-flight, release stored tension, and restore clarity. Ashley blends intuitive energy work with breath awareness, grounding techniques, and guided meditation — offering an experience that feels safe, steady, and deeply restorative.
As a 39-year-old entrepreneur and mom, Ashley understands the toll chronic stress and elevated cortisol can take on the body. After navigating her own season of burnout and inflammation, she became passionate about helping other women regulate their systems in sustainable ways.
Ashley’s work is especially supportive for women who:

When she’s not in session, Ashley is the owner of two successful body waxing salons in Idaho.
