Every class begins with guided breathwork. Breathwork is one of the most powerful ways to regulate the nervous system and shift the body out of stress mode.
Through simple breathing techniques, you'll learn how to:
• calm anxiety
• release tension
• improve focus
• activate the body's relaxation response
Breathwork is accessible for beginners and requires no previous experience.
After breathwork, we move into slow, intentional, yoga.
This style of yoga focuses on connecting breath with movement rather than pushing the body to extremes.

Our ritual tools are created to support calm, presence, and everyday mindfulness.

Each candle is poured in small batches at home using clean-burning soy wax and left unscented — so you can enjoy gentle candlelight without being overwhelmed by synthetic fragrances.

You’ll also find thoughtfully blended loose-leaf teas crafted to nourish, soothe, and accompany your meditation, journaling, or evening wind-down.
Everything here is made with intention, in limited quantities, to help you slow down and create meaningful moments of stillness.
